What Way is best for cleaning clothes ;

1.powder only

 2.powder and bleach

3.powder , bleach and softner

(hypothesis)

For powder only I think that it will make it clean and fragrancy. For powder and bleach I think that it will make the cloth clean and dry. For the last one I think it will make it soft , clean , beautiful and fragrancy.

(procedure. And washing in the basin not the washing machine.)    (Surf only)

1. Firstly fill the basin with water.

2. Add powder to the water slowly and steadily.

3. Mix the powder with water thoroughly to make foam.

4. Then place your clothes in the basin.

5. leave the clothes in the basin for about fifteen  minutes.

6. Drain the water  completely so it is empty.

7. Fill the sink with fresh clean water.

8. Rub the clothes with water and  drain the water .

9. Rinse with water , and then take the wet clothes outside to hang on the clothes line.

*(powder & Bleach)

Follow the instructions above exept for step 2 .

2.Add powder & bleach to the water. then follow as above.

*(Powder, Bleach & Softner)

Follow as powder only but don`t listen to step 2 . (look underneath for step 2.

2. Add powder ,Beach And Softner . then follow as above.

( Observation )

* Powder only

When I observed it I found that the dirt was  gone but there was abit of fungus left and no sign of brightness  and softness.

* Powder & Bleach

When loooking at it I found that the Dirt and Fungus were gone and it was bright but too hard.

*Powder , Bleach & Softner.

Now looking at this one I found  that everything was perfect , so perfect as perfect it can be.

5. ( Result )

1. The best out of all of that cleaning was when I added Powder , Bleach And The Softner because everything was gone (dirt, fungus .softness and brightness ).

6. (Discusion)

(Powder Only ) On this particular hypothesis I was wrong because i said that everything would be okay but only the dirt was gone and nothing else went away.

*( Powder and Bleach ) On my second hypothesis I was correct ! because i Said it would be clean and bright and it was.

* ( Powder , Bleach and Softner ) On my third reason I was correct because I said it would be perfect and it was.

The Scientific Experiment is Finished.

What Countries are on the border of vietnam?

There are 4 countries which border Vietnam and they are Laos, China , Cambodia , S.E Thailand but it also borders the South China Sea and Gulf Of Tonkin.

What is the climate like?

Vietnam’s climate is dictated by two monsoon seasons — the northeast monsoon which runs from roughly October to March and the southwest monsoon from April to September. The former brings the cold to all of northern Vietnam, the cool to the central region as far south as Da Nang and the warm to the remainder. The latter turns up the humidity, the temperature and the rainfall across the country except for the mountains in the far north which remain cool.Broadly speaking, Vietnam’s wet season runs from around May to October in the north, August to December in central Vietnam and May to November in the south. As with many Southeast Asian countries, this wet season is characterised by a downpour for a few hours a day rather than all day torrential rain.Of the three regions, the north has the most complex weather patterns. Its mountainous areas remain cool year round and can be downright freezing in December and January. The northern winter runs from December to March when even Hanoi can get pretty cold (by Southeast Asian standards). By March things are warming up and the rain is become more frequent. From May through to September / October it is the height of the North’s wet season, with June, July and August being both the hottest and the wettest months. By mid October, the rains drop off, as does the temperature and the slide back into the cool season begins.

What is the capital city of vietnam?

The capital of Socialist Republic of Vietnam ( Another name fore this is Viet nam or Vietnam) is Hanoi.Hanoi has shaken off its hostile attitude to travelers and has become one of the most beguiling cities in Asia. It is slow-paced and pleasant, with a lovely landscape of lakes, shaded boulevards, verdant public parks, colonial French houses and astounding modern skyscrapers. Hanoi’s enchanting Old Quarter is rich with over a thousand years of history. Surface from its thronged labyrinth to explore the city’s lakes, pagodas, historical houses and strange preponderance of turtle imagery. The museums will help make sense of it all.

Is it in the North or south of Vietnam?

The capital of Vietnam, in the northern part of the country on the Red River. Founded before the seventh century, it became the capital of French Indochina after 1887 and the capital of North Vietnam after 1954. The city was bombed heavily during the Vietnam War. Population: 1,830,000.

Why was French spoken in Vietnam?

Vietnam was the colony of the France, The french came first to Vietnam in 1858 and occupied in Vietnam nearly 100 years, until 1954 after the famous battle called Dien Bien Phu finished. During that time many Vietnamese people could speak french. Now, french is still spoken in Vietnam but just for working, Vietnamese is the mother language, the second language is English, in some fields people use french for working such as french companies in Vietnam, french speaking guides,…

Why was America in Vietnam during the 1960′s ?

After WWII, President Truman (and the other western allies) viewed Communism (in the form of the Soviet Union) as the greatest post-war threat. The turning point for Asia came in Dec. 1949 when Chinese communist forces won the civil war in China. Now the U.S. feared all of Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand) might fall to communism. When France pulled-out of Vietnam in 1955-56, the U.S. basically felt it had to fill the void in order to prevent Ho Chi Minh from unifying Vietnam under communist rule (the 1956 peace accords with France had divided Vietnam in half). So starting in 1955, the U.S. started sending military advisors to assist the South Vietnamese Army. The conflict continued to escalate as communist rebels in the South gained more control of the countryside, which required more & more U.S. military advisors & equipment to prop-up the South Vietnamese army. Finally, in 1965, we sent combat troops to prop-up South Vietnam

What are the Vietnamese art, music & temples ?

Art

Neolithic art

Pottery dating to the stone age (approximately 8,000 BCE) has been found in Bac Son, Vietnam. This pottery was made from clay, and in its beginnings was largely basic and lacking any artistic flare

Bronze Age art

The highly developed Dong Son culture that flourished in North Vietnam (from about 1,000 BC to the 4th century BC) was the civilization responsible for the world-famous Dong Son drums, a product of their advanced bronze-casting skills.
Nguyen Dynasty
The Nguyen dynasty, the last ruling dynasty of Vietnam, saw a renewed interest in ceramics and porcelain art. Imperial courts across Asia imported Vietnamese ceramics.

Despite how highly developed the performing arts (such as imperial court music and dance) became during the Nguyen dynasty, some view other fields of arts as beginning to decline during the latter part of the Nguyen dynasty.

Modern art

Modern Vietnamese artists began to utilize French techniques with many traditional mediums such as silk, lacquer, etc., thus creating a unique blend of eastern and western elements.
Visual arts

Silk painting,Woodblock print

Traditional music

Traditional Vietnamese music is extremely diverse, consisting of many different styles varying from region to region. Some of the most widely known genres include Quan ho: A type of improvisational music, it is sung acappella and has a longstanding tradition in Vietnam, used in courtship rituals. Imperial Court music: Music performed in the Vietnamese court during feudalistic times. When referring specifically to the Nha nhac form it includes court music from the Tran Dynasty on to the Nguyen Dynasty. It features an array of instruments, featuring musicians and dancers adorned in elaborate garb.Ca tru : An ancient form of chamber music which originated in the imperial court. It gradually came to be associated with a geisha -type of entertainment where talented female musicians entertained rich and powerful men, often scholars and bureancrats who most enjoyed the genre. It was condemned in the 20th century by the government, being tied falsely with prostitution but recently it has seen a revival as appreciation for its cultural significance has grown. Vietnam has completed documents to have Ca tru recognized by UNESCO as a potential Intangible Cultural Heritage.

Hi today I`m going to talk about  how much water does my family use per week on average.

Dad  3000L= 3Kilolitres

Mum 4000L=4Kilolitres

brother 3900L=3.9Kilolitres

me 2900L =2.9Kilolitres

Altogether we used 14000L or 14Kilolitres per week on average and thats a lot actually really really a lot. I worked this out by using the interactive house. It helped because it told me every place where water should be . And then I thought were each person in my family does their watering. So i calculated  how many Kilolitres and litres each person does. I was suprised that my little brother uses a lot and actually he wastes-and it is very bad. My mum uses alot of water but not so much then i expected.

Well now you`d be wondering what kilolitres means. Well Kilolitres is a type of measurement and 1Kilolitre equals to 1000L. That maens my family uses to much water and imagine you combined all the water in the world and that would be a lot of water.

Well now I am going to tell you about how I can save water and how my family saves too. Firstly I should say how much water my brother gives water to plants and the backyard. He uses 1000L of water in that , a way to save water that my brother uses is NEVER LET HIM WATER THE PLANTS EVER AGAIN . And tell him not to stay in the shower for so long ( He uses the shower for 30 minutes and about 1050L in the shower). A way to save water that my Dad uses are that when he washes the car , wash it on the grass and use a bucket instead. A way to save water that my mum uses are that she uses energy saver dishwasher, washing machine, shower, and tiolet seat or whatever that thing is called. She could also stop using the basin for along time. Ways of saving water that I use. I use too much water in the basin so I can reduce  to 1 minute and never ever use hot water because that makes me feel so nice that i stand there and keep my hands in the water.

So thats all about the way my family uses water.

 Conclusion

 the green house effect

When I placed the 2 themometers down  in the sunlight it was cold so i expected it to be not

so hot but i was wrong their were high tempertures and i was really amazed that in cold weather the sun can still warm things up. when i was finished iwas really shocked that their wasn`t  much different . i think that they did not change because their wasn`t much warmth so the themometers couldn`t heat much. After that ,when I placed the jar on thermometer 2  I saw that on thermometer 2 the jar was atracting the heat witch then would make hot air inside and not go out .

I thought that in experiment 2 was simular because when thermometer 2 had the jar on it attracted the heat so when Earth has gasses up in the atmosphere will be atracted by Earth and make it as hot air and willmake the hot air really hot. And when it will be hot globel warming will make more water and will slowly flood the worlddddddddddddddd.

ROBERT FALCON SCOTT

Robert falcon scott (june 6,1868-March 29,1912)was a British Navel officer and an Antartica explorer. Scott led 2 expeditions to the south pole but he died on a disastrous , terrible second trip ,along with his crew.his expedition was the second one to reach the south pole(1910-1912);Ronald Anderson was the first one.

His first expedition was in 1901-1904.Scott led his first expedition on the ship HMS Discovery. On this mission, they sailed along northern Ross Island to Mount Terror (past the area that was explored by James Ross ). Sott named this new area King Edumund  vI (roman numerals) land. Scott went in a hot air baloon on Febuary 4,1902 making him the first one to fly a hot air balloon in Antartica.

Some of Scotts crew went back to England in 1903. Scott and a few others were still in Antartica exploring the same area .Upon his return he was promoted to be captain, became very popular with the public, and wrote “THE VOYAGE OF DISCOVERY”.

His second voyage was  not so good as his first voyage because he died in this one.Scott set out for Antartica again in June 1 1910,on a ship called”Terra Nova”.He was racing Ronald Anderson  to be the first one to the south pole. they reached ROSS Island  in january 4 1911 -and prepared to sled trip to the south pole.while they were at Bearmore glacier,Admunson reached the south pole  and he was the first person to the south pole.

Roald Amundsen

Roald Amundsen was the first man to lead a successful expedition to the south pole.Famously arriving a month before Scott and and his party that set out around the same time.Admunsen used dog sleds, his party was well orginised and well  prepared with the primary intension of reaching the pole, rather than other exploration or scientific discovery.

Roald Admunsen originally began  a career studying  medicene at the university of Christina (now the university of Oslo),but dropped out in order to go to sea. his first Antartica trip was in 1899 on the Beliga expedition when he was one of the first party ever to over winter in Antartca as the ship became trapped  in the packed ice  and drifted until it broke out in the following Spring. he  established his credentials on this ship as a leader, ice master and as resourseful expeditioner. He was lucky to go back home.
